What do I need to bring to the school to register my student?
- Two Proofs of Residency
- Completed registration packet: English/Spanish
- Sign the Student and Parent Acknowledgement and Pledge English/Spanish after reviewing the Code of Student Conduct: English/Spanish
- Immunization Records More information about requirements can be found here
- Completed school forms: English/Spanish
- Birth Certificate
- Report Card/records from prior School Year if possible
