What do I need to bring to the school to register my student?

  1. Two ​​Proofs of Residency
  2. Completed registration packet: English​/​Spanish
  3. Sign the Student and Parent Acknowledgement and Pledge ​English/Spanish after reviewing the Code of Student Conduct: ​​English/Spanish
  4. Immunization Records​ More information about requirements can be found here
  5. Completed school forms: English​/Spanish
  6. Birth Certificate
  7. Report Card/records from prior School Year if possible

 

​How do I update my address? 

  1. Complete a Change of Address Form: English​/Spanish
  2. ​Provide two Proofs of Res​idency
